Complete our Factfind Application

Share

The first step towards getting you your mortgage is to complete a full factfind. This then gives us all the details we require to best advise what mortgage products may be suitable and to achieve a decision in principle from the lender.

We consider all circumstances and have no minimum deposit requirement – although the more deposit you’re able to provide, the better range of deals will be open to you. Completing this form will enable us to thoroughly assess your application and hopefully obtain a Decision in Principle from a lender, often within 3-5 hours although complex cases may require a little longer to discuss with lenders.

Completing this Fact Find places you under no obligation. Once we have matched your circumstances to a lender & obtained a Decision in Principle then we will contact you with details of the rates & fees payable.

If you’d rather not complete the form online then download the Factfind Application [download] & attach it to an email back to us at factfinds@Martlandmortgages.com. We’ll be in touch just as soon as we’ve reviewed your circumstances.
